I help professionals reclaim their time and actually achieve their goals
For 16 years, I’ve worked with over 2,000 professionals across Hong Kong and Asia-Pacific. What started as personal frustration became a mission: making time management and goal-setting accessible, practical, and real.
From Corporate Burnout to Teaching Others
I wasn’t supposed to be a training director. Honestly, I was the guy drowning in emails and back-to-back meetings at a Hong Kong investment firm.
At 28, I got promoted to department head. Sound exciting? It wasn’t. I inherited a team doing 60-hour weeks and still falling behind. My team was burned out. I was burned out. Something had to change.
That’s when I started experimenting with what I now call “time architecture”—a way of structuring your day around what actually matters, not what screams loudest. Time-blocking, goal hierarchies, saying no without guilt. Within three months, my team’s output doubled while hours went down. People weren’t staying until 9 PM anymore.
Colleagues started asking me how I did it. Then they asked if I could teach them. Then their teams wanted sessions. That organic demand kept growing until I realized this was what I was supposed to be doing.
I pursued my ICF executive coaching certification and eventually left corporate entirely. Best decision I’ve made.
Time Management and Goal-Setting Systems
I’ve spent a decade building frameworks that blend Eastern and Western productivity philosophies. These aren’t generic tips—they’re systems designed specifically for Hong Kong’s work culture.
Time-Blocking Architecture
Moving beyond calendar apps. You’ll learn how to structure your week around energy levels, priority work, and deep focus blocks. This is what doubled my team’s output.
Goal-Setting Methodology
Not just SMART goals. I teach how to connect quarterly objectives to weekly wins, breaking down intimidating targets into actions you can actually take tomorrow.
Priority Frameworks
The matrix method, ruthless prioritization, and saying no strategically. You’ll learn what stays and what gets cut—without the guilt or politics.
Execution and Accountability
Setting goals is easy. Finishing them is hard. I’ll teach you tracking systems, weekly reviews, and how to adjust without losing momentum.
Hong Kong Work Culture Integration
Productivity systems designed elsewhere don’t always fit here. I’ve adapted frameworks for relationship-building, face-time expectations, and the specific pressures of Hong Kong’s pace.
Team and Organizational Coaching
I work with departments and entire organizations. Custom workshops, ongoing coaching, and systems design for companies across financial services, tech, and corporate sectors.
What I Believe
Effective time management isn’t about working harder
It’s about clarity. When you know what actually matters—not what your inbox says matters—everything becomes easier. You stop fighting against yourself.
Complexity is the enemy of execution
I’ve seen organizations with elaborate systems nobody follows. The best frameworks are simple enough to actually use. You shouldn’t need a consultant to remember how your own system works.
Hong Kong professionals are underserved
Most productivity advice comes from Silicon Valley. It doesn’t account for the relationship-building that matters here, the cultural context, or the specific intensity of Hong Kong’s work environment. You deserve frameworks built for your reality.
Change happens through practice, not motivation
I don’t believe in inspirational speeches that fade by Wednesday. Real change comes from small, repeatable actions. That’s what I teach—systems you can actually stick with.
“I’m not interested in changing how you think about time. I’m interested in changing what you actually accomplish with it.”
